Meet our President
 
Ramona Fantini grew up in New Jersey and earned her microbiology degree from Rutgers University. She began her career in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry, working in the laboratory, ascending through the manufacturing ranks and managing several divisions.

Ramona’s expertise comes from quality management (ISO 9000 series), production planning and logistics & supply chain management.

Ramona discovered gelato in 2002 while visiting Italy. She became so enamored with the taste and quality of the product that she wanted to invest and grow the gelato concept in the United States. Ramona decided to leave the corporate world and brought her education and business experience to the gelato business. She is presently the sole owner and President of Pino Gelato.
